This year’s festival celebrates the achievements of Latinas and Latinos in the arts, with a special emphasis on the community arts organizations that have nurtured and sustained our artists. The festival features events for artists, collectors, and the community. It covers the entire month of April, opening on the birthday weekend of César Chávez, a leader and organizer who demonstrated to everyone that they could triumph in their own communities.
